Street art, theremins, and other randomness. (Or maybe just the first two.) @ 05:59 pm

Matt hasn't posted in forever. Kelly is posting for him again in another installment of Kelly takes over Matt's computer. This episode is happening right in front of him. He never posts, even when he finds cool, funny stuff like this. And since he has also had some weird sort of obsession with the theremin, let me see if I can dig up some stuff we've collectively found for it...

This one I found off of cuteoverload.com.

This was one of the first ones he showed me.

And this is proof that these people collectively have way too much time on their hands!

Now I am off his computer and hopefully trying to figure out dinner plans. Hope everyone enjoyed this post and perhaps another one will be on its way sooner rather than later. Maybe even from the actual Matt himself!

Matt isn't dead, he just never posts. @ 03:24 pm

Current Mood: energetic energetic

Matt never posts. Never ever. His last post was almost a year ago. So I (this obviously being Kelly since I can easily steal his computer) think I will post for him from time to time.
Matt is well. He is still into World of Warcraft, though now he plays a horde pally as well as a few alliance characters.
Matt is hilarious. He bought (with points from quizzes he takes at work) a reciever to plug into one's cell. So now if we want, we can plug a telephone reciever into our cellphones and look like freaks. Matt wants to do this in the car so people will think he's got a really old cellphone.
Matt is still pondering the mysteries of life. I found an old secret blog of his I thought I'd steal part of a post of. I think he's probably posted it in here before, but it's probably been a while. So here you go, a real piece of Matt text.
"Why aren't there real "mad scientists"? Like in real life. They're classic villains, in just about any medium you could think of (movies, books, games, etc.). And, while they couldn't do the stuff you see in movies, a person could easily make crazy inventions for evil. So why hasn't anyone? I can't think of a single example in all of history. I should become one..."
And finally, Matt is bored. He loves to look on the internet when he's bored. He comes up with crazy links like this to amuse us both. And now, you guys.

Before I post these pictures Kelly wanted to put up, I need to ask a favor of you, my friends.

Quite a few of you either live in California, or will be living in California (again) in a short while. I need one of you to send me lots of money so I can fly out, and let me stay at your house. Because, apparently, if I do not make it out to Cali by this June, my entire life up to this point will have been for naught.

Okay, here are the pumpkins and pie we made on Monday night. )

I hope you all had a good holiday and New Years. 2005 wasn't bad at all. I might post later about what I got as gifts. Or not. Haven't decided yet. 2006 is looking to be pretty good, except for the bruise I have on my leg. Hurts like a bitch, and I don't even know what it's from.

For the past two years, Kelly has made a real effort to keep track of her movie watching. This year, her goal was 200, and she just made it. If you're curious, here are the movies she saw (and I was there for quite a few of them):
1-50
51-100
101-150
151-200

I have an obsession of my own. My goal for the year was to have 300 DVDs in my collection. Granted, they're not all mine. Gilmore Girls, for example, is Kelly's. It's close enough, though. I ended up getting up to #315 before the year was out (and we went a little crazy today, so the number is now 326).

I thought I'd point out a few choice ones for you guys.

Kelly is drunk. She just said "We should get MARRIED because we both like COOKIES!" Also, apparently we're having cookies for dinner.

Kelly wanted me to post pictures of the pumpkins, so here you go.

It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown! )
